Return Policy for Devices Sold by ReNew IT

Our mission is to “Make Computers Affordable to everyone”. As a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, we are committed to ensuring that you get the best hardware and software experience. However, if you are not satisfied with any device, we will accept returns within 15 days as follows:

Warranty:

All ‘RenewIT certified refurbished devices’ sold by us come with a 6 – month service warranty.

Damaged / Defective:

In the unlikely event that the Device received by you is
Damaged or defective, OR
Not received in good condition, OR
Different from what you had ordered,

You may return the device unused, in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

  • Devices damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective device, we will refund your amount.

Device not to your liking:

We will accept returns if the device is not to your liking. In the unlikely event that the device fails to meet your expectations, we will accept returns – no questions asked, as long as it is in its original packaging and is accompanied with its invoice.

  • Restocking Fees:
    A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Refund:
    The refund will be processed after the ReNew IT engineers inspect the returned device and certify that the device is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.

ReNew IT Customer Care

You may return the device to us in the following ways:

  • Return at our Facility or our Corporate office
  • You may contact our Customer Care within 15 days of having received the device and request a return/exchange. The devices can be returned at any of the ReNew IT offices.
  • We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.

Returns through Courier Collection

  • You may contact our Customer Care within 15 days of having received the device and request a return/exchange. All shipping and logistics charges of returning the device will be borne by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. The refund will be processed after the ReNew IT engineers inspect the returned device and certify that the device is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.
  • If you request a return through courier collection, at the time of collecting the devices, you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference.

Refunds

  • Mode of Refund:
    We will refund the money only through Cheque / Bank Transfer.
  • Name and Address:
    Cheque/DD will be sent only in the name of the customer the invoice was made for to the billing address of the customer.
  • Refund Timeline:
    The refund process will be initiated once we have received the device(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 30 working days after device is received. It may take a few extra days for the Cheque/DD to be delivered to your billing address and for the funds to be credited to your account depending on when the Cheque/DD is deposited.
  • 100% Refund:
    You will get a 100% Refund only if the device received is defective, damaged or not as per the specifications ordered AND if we are unable to offer a replacement. Our 15 day refund policy enables the customer to get his amount refunded in the same mode as was used by them in making payment. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

Issues with the device(s) received?

If you have any issues with the device(s) received, please call us on Please call us on +91 767 676 0015 or mail us at sales@renewit.in if you have any questions. +91 767 676 0015 within two working days of receiving the package to get it replaced. Any complaints coming after that will not be entertained.

Cancellation:

ReNew IT tries to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Such as:
  • Device No Longer Available or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  • Non-Serviceable Locations
  • Inaccurate or Insufficient Address or any other reason
However, we will contact you, at the earliest, if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
